Water with lemon is very acidic, drinking it on an empty stomach may not make you feel very well. You can have acidity problems in addition to damaging your digestive flora. Furthermore, as I mentioned before, this acidity also damages tooth enamel.
WHY HAS LEMON WATER BECOME SO FAMOUS?

However, for this it is not necessary to drink water with lemon. You could cook with lemon, add it to your salads or eat any fruit or vegetable that also has this alkalizing power.
